How to use Stories
Stories was conceived to be used both as a stimulus element and as raw material for reflection and construction of abstract concepts and ideas.
A central work process, composed of different techniques, was developed to lead participants on a journey of discovery and exploration of deep concepts and high emotional potential.
This central process was also designed to support and provide structure so that the facilitator can have, at the same time, confidence and autonomy to lead the conversations and the immersion and creation processes with the work group.

Function of each Story element
Stories is composed of some structuring elements and you can also add other support materials that are recurring in workshops and work sessions, which facilitate the organization, expression and construction of ideas, such as post its, masking tape, canvas, templates, flip charts, etc.

Powerful brands must be created inspired by people, so we curate photos that portray human codes present in our lives, so that they can be used as stimuli, inspiration and raw material to build authentic and powerful narratives for brands.
Human-themed cards
Brands must express human themes to meaningfully connect with people. Letters containing words that illustrate the "human truths" will help you define the foundation of your brand, making your narrative more authentic, truthful and emotionally more powerful.

Guiding questions
The process of facilitating a Stories session benefits greatly from the facilitator's ability to ask questions. Guiding questions are those that provoke, instigate and trigger the flow of thoughts, analysis and creation in the participants.
To reach this result, the facilitator must remain neutral and impartial during the work session, asking reflective questions that guide the participants to explore in depth the themes placed in focus for discussion and elaboration. Combined with the Trainings, the guiding questions are a powerful resource to support facilitators in taking participants on a deep journey of immersion and creation.
