Policy of Return & Refund

Welcome to Sincera Space and our Terms of Use (“Agreement”). This Agreement is an agreement between you or the organization that you represent in agreeing to the provisions of this Agreement (“user”, “you”, “your” or “yours”), on one side, and Sincera Space (“Sincera”, “we”, “us” or “our”), company incorporated and existing under the company’s code  CNPJ  45.038.036/0001-00, on the other side.

This Agreement governs your use of the products you purchase from us, i.e. methods, tools or publications, physical ou digital.

By purchasing or using our Products in any way, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the provisions of this Agreement, you are not permitted to purchase or use our Products. 

PRODUCTS, PUBLICATIONS AND CONTENT

All orders are processed​​ within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is shipped.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. It may take some time for tracking information to become available.

If you do not receive your order within 14 days, please email livia@sinceraspace.com and we will review it.

DELIVERY POLICY

We use multiple delivery services, so the delivery time may vary depending on the customer's region.

In general, shipping takes between 5 to 10 business days.

We recommend that you check the status of your order.

MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES
Things happen and occasionally packets get lost. If your package is confirmed as lost by the shipping company we use, we will resend a new one as soon as possible.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible to livia@sinceraspace.com with a photo of the item's condition. We will try our best to find a solution.

We accept returns if the item has not been used and is returned in its original condition, within 5 days of delivery. We will refund the full amount of the order minus the shipping costs for the return.

The refund request resulting from your return will be forwarded within 10 days, to the credit card or checking account of the same holder. The availability of the value will occur in accordance with the rules of the card administrator or customer's card.
